ALL of you Senators and Congressmen who voted for this bill, we Americans will remember who you are and you will be voted out.
When Nancy Pelosi was speaking and at the end of her speech she lifted her fist and yelled " jobs, jobs, jobs !", What she was really saying was not for us but for them to vote to keep their jobs.
When will a Democrat or Republican ever stand up for the American people? I know that what is going on is not the change we voted for. America belongs to the people!

I sure hope so because people seemed to have forgotten who voted FOR that bailout bill last year and re-elected plenty of "YES" voters.

Which bill? Not trying to be rude, but please post more info when refering to a specific issue or bill, you seem to be too far away for me to read your mind.

Were you born yesterday?

Nothing has changed in 2000+ years. (it is not unique to American government) . Why should it, just because suddenly we have instant information. Until every item is voted on by all of the people, there is no reason, for politicians to listen to the masses. You say, well we will vote them out. So what. You vote in another politician.
Doesn't matter what party. You get the same thing.

No matter if it's government, corporations or religions, the top is always has their own rules which are different then the rules created for the bottom. So relax. Have a cup of tea. Enjoy life. You will be better off and not have a coronary from your sudden outrage!.

That's great. Just remember to call your Senator (and others as well) to vote NO on this bill.

It will live or die in the senate.

Politicians don't care about what you think. They know there's plenty of lemmings that will follow them anywhere.

Or just call them to vote YES on it.
