Did you even read the link the OP posted ?
It's the very first sentence in that article.

"A Social Security Administration motivational management conference held at a high-end Valley resort last week cost $700,000, the SSA told the ABC15 Investigators."

Default comparisons to AIG are specious at best

If this democrat voting block called government employed managers isn't motivated enough by their salary and benefits to do their jobs properly, perhaps we should replace them with legal immigrants who are eager to work and appreciate what they have.

Or maybe just outsource our SSA to a third world country where they answer by the second ring.

I can certainly see why these slackers needed to be at a 5-star resort, so they can all be together to do the hoky poky. Just can't be done properly through teleconference you see...the deep meaning would simply be lost in translation. So, the gubment-loving hacks on here who support them and their excessive spending seem to have no problem with unconscionable wasteful spending of your tax dollars....hard at work.

I wonder what they are stressed about and what they need motivation for; they have job security, good health benefits and a pension. They don't have a care in the world. Honestly makes you wonder.
