So if you have literally the greatest leader to have ever been born as your representative/governor/whatever, you would fire him for cheating on his wife or being gay or anything NOT having to do with his work performance? And LOL@you for calling dca a lefty. Hes the biggest conservative troll on the board. And this is a perfect example of why the republican party has no good leaders, its just a beauty contest to them which explains sarah pailin most likely being your presidential nominee!

I want to live in a society that buys more porn movies than slasher/war flicks. Porn actually celebrates life and pleasure. The other extreme celebrates horror and death. I vastly prefer the former.

Now that is too funny. You're a conservative, right? Aren't you guys always exclaiming "keep it in the bedroom!!!". That's exactly what they did. Aren't you always pushing for less government intrusion? What exactly do you think is happening w/this? They're intruding on a couple's private life, which incidentally has no bearing on his work life. Man, you prude's won't be happy unless all women are barefoot & pregnant.

Oh I don't think you should look at war films that way, while they can be a "action" movie they are also learning films in a sense.I just watched "We were soldiers" again last night and I as a man had tears streaming down my face at certain parts in the movie.

A war movie doesn't always glorify war,it can help people understand personal sacrifice of soldiers put into that siutation and make people realize that in the future we should be more careful and try to avoid war if possible.A war movie can also help people realize why it happened.

Greg you as a Vietnam vet,the movie "We were soldiers" is a way for others to more personal try to comprehend "your war".I don't know if you have seen it,I thought it was good.

I'm well aware the city's actions may have been legal. That doesn't mean I think their actions are right.

There's a difference. What's legal and what's right are not one and the same, IMO.

but if he was dumb enough to sign a contract, oh well. I agree with you, and I hate laws. but this seems to be nothing more than an excuse for people to bash people who don't like porn. I am a big fan of porn, and I would not have fired him.

What you are saying is comparing apples and oranges. If HE believed in the things you started that is different because it is HIM but this is HIS wife. He is NOT taking part in the porn so what you are stating is not the same.

Oh and I am NOT a leftie. I am a full blooded conservative republican and proud of it but as I said HE is not the one doing it so they should not be able to fire him.
