That's why we have a national militia, called the National Guard.
That's their job.
When the government arrests wackaloon militia members, you guys do nothing but whine and die.
The government is bigger than you are; you're simply a tick, albeit a violent tick.
Go throw your might against the US, just don't whine about the outcome.
Big men want to shed the blood of other Americans.
You, sir, are no patriot, you're a thug.
The National Guard is not the militia. Senate Document 2807 (from 1982) states: "That the National Guard is not the 'Militia' referred to in the Second Amendment is even clearer today. Congress had organized the National Guard under its power to 'raise and support armies' and not its power to 'Provide for organizing, arming and disciplining the militia.' The modern National Guard was specifically intended to avoid status as the constitutional militia, a distinction recognized by 10 U.S.C. 311(a)."
I won't even comment on the garbage in the rest of your post.
Nullification is a right. The issue more often than not is, letting jurors know they have this right.
The age of the Internet has made this some what easier - and more potential jurors are becoming informed of their right to nullification of a law. Certainly it is unusual for the court to allow jury instructions to include such information on nullification.
When ballots fail use bullets. It's WAY past that time. You take everything a person has away he has nothing left to lose.
Whatever.....
Ever read up on Eastern European from --say-- Prague Spring of '68 thru the implosion of the USSR and Fall of the Wall?
There are al kinds of ways to resist genuine tyrants. Non-violence is one of the best.
It worked for Ghandi , it worked for Dr. ML King and Roy Innis -- it worked in Eastern Europe.
In the US it's a little different right now -- the people who make the most noise are mostly the 5% who are disappointed that Ron Paul lost the election. Some movements , like some people , are just losers. It's who they are -- that's what they do.

If you don't like what he does then try to replace him. You Republicans have not alot of ideas or candidates recently to so that with. But if you try to do things violently you will die or go to Federal Prison for life.

Not a republican son. Possibly go to prison possibly make change for the better as well. People do not remember people who run their mouth like you, they remember people who at least tried to change things.
