I agree with you - don't buy things you cannot afford.

But, assuming you can afford them - while I might not "need" those frames, I like them and want them. Again, assume I CAN afford them.

There is nothing wrong then in my buying them.

Do you agree????

The stupid fees I see are the $5 dollar band-aid and the $7 dollar tylenol from the hospitals, just to name a few.

nope, nothing wrong at all, the only thing wrong would be to complain about it.

Of course, you are right.

But, could you perhaps try not to be so rude and condesending in your responses?

Yes, those are outrageous. I was charged $40 for a tylenol once at an ER.

Oh yes, insurance companies are saints.

How outrageous! Profits of a little more than 3%!

This cannot stand!

I guess obama can't really demonize those Americans who are happy with their HC - about 85%.

He's got to find someone to demonize and target as the "enemy".

Never thought I'd see a US President so bent on targeting and demonizing those entities that are an integral part of US growth.
You go Sanrene... someone's got to speak for the poor and powerless health insurance companies, especially since republicans are out of congress and white house for now. $85 billion over a year is chump change after all as "net profit", when it would be the cost of the reform to cover virtually everybody, along with rest of the reform (except that, then it becomes an expensive proposition).

Yep they will get you. I do medical billing and coding on the side and the stuff I see makes my stomach turn. A surgeon can perform a surgery for 45 minutes and they will charge you for two hours ( room time). same with doctors offices, they see you for 15, they charge an hour (visit fee), even if you are just waiting.

Where the heck do you buy your glasses?
