You use the phrase "overall trend". The Earth has been much warmer in the past than it is now, so how is it possible that there is an overall warming trend?
This is something I'd like to see at a state-by-state level. If CA, NY or MA want to do this, fine, leave the rest of the country out of it. Then we can evaluate the impacts on business and employement while hopefully only driving business to other states, not out of the country.
Socialism is the idea that the workers own the means of production and they all have equal access to the wealth it accumulates, and that mixed with capitalism, can produce a more ideal society.
