Not this crap again! I just heard him say on TV last night (some show about Christmas in the WH) that their family ALWAYS goes to Hawaii for Christmas, just like some people on this forum always go to visit their families. Give the guy a break, for G**'s sake!
We're in a recession, Hawaii should not be in the cards. Have Christmas dinner at a homeless shelter in the Midwest or Northeast to get a f**king clue on how dire the macroeconomic environment in this country is.
OR..
BHO and his family should have Christmas dinner with Military Personnel in Afghanistan and then maybe his arrogant, elitist lawyer attitude could comprehend why our brave men and women continue to serve our nation that appreciates them less and less.

obama's sister lives in hawaii. he grew up here even if all his family no longer lived he he would still have friends here. if he had no friends here hawaii is still one of the top destinations for people including the POUS to vacation at christmas or any other time

Sorry, I won't give this guy a break when Americans are starving, homeless, and out of work. His policies, not just those of GWB, have led to people being in these dire straits. Don't forget that he refused to regulate Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac when Bush and McCain called for regulation. This fool should spend his holiday working the homeless shelters and soup kitchens.
