If it's such strong evidence against his citizenship, then why don't the birthers use this statement as a basis for a lawsuit and see how it holds up? Think they'd get laughed out of court or what?

The issue is not the definition of the word, it is the qualifications of the speaker to feel that Obama would be repatriating himself in Kenya.

Again...so? I can claim you're a crazy mental patient that has access to the internet. Does that make it true? Could I use this as fact? Why or why not? Would my statement disqualify a medical record of yours that stated otherwise?

What are the qualifications of the personnel at factcheck.org who said they viewed the birth certificate of Obama and announced it as authentic?

Please provide them. Why do you accept their word and not those of a Kenyan Minister?

I know what it means, thank you.

What I meant by my post is that his statement of repatriation holds as much weight as telling multi-generational Americans to 'go back to [insert nation here]'.

Just because his said it does not make it a statement of fact.

Not until you show why this Kenyan minister is qualified to make a prounouncement on Obama's birthplace.

Did you accept the statement as a fact when an English and a Political Science Major at factcheck.org said Obama's birth certificate is authentic?

There seems to be a double standard.

If there are statements Pro Obama they are facts. If the opposite they are fiction.

Order, Dr. Khalwale! If you are referring to a statue then you should have said so but that is not what you said. Please, Dr. Khalwale, do not be vexatious and neither should you be frivolous. As a medical practitioner, I expect much more out of you. Even as a Member of Parliament. And you must stop there, I am afraid! I rule you out of order

Dr. Khalwale: Mr. Speaker, Sir, the matter rests but then it brings me to the issue of compensation. What commitment has the USA made in the need to compensate this country for all the money that they have earned over the years from our artefacts in their museums.
