Stewart has never been anything but a comedian. However, it is true that people who watch him are better informed about world events than are people who watch Fox News. And the more Fox News a person watches, the stupider he or she tends to be. No word on whether watching Fox makes someone stupid or only the stupid are attracted to Fox News.

How so? Share please. What is wrong with morning edition or all things considered? I find it to be some of the most unbiased and truthful news that can be obtained. Far better then any cable news outlet, or commercially owned radio station. Thats just me though, and I realize there are a lot of people out there on both extreme far ends of the political spectrum that finds even the middle to be the opposite end of their thought process.

People who claim that other's just get their news from The Daily show are very very out of touch. The daily show is a mix of comedy pointing out how absurd other news outlets cover the news. It literally points out hypocrisy, stupidity, and flat out lies. Humor is just a relief of what scares us, and this is all they are doing. Then followed by excellent interviews where you can actually see the other side's opinion. I really don't see what is wrong with that.

Funny how Stewart is portrayed as smarter than everyone else and a candidate for sainthood by the left, until he gets his lunch eaten on his home court by some chubby professor. Then he's a just a comedian.

Sa-weet.
You got it. He even admitted he effed up.

jon stewart takedowns - Google Search

Yoo disarmed Stewart with fact, reason and the truth.
Lately Jon Stewart has been slipping and failing to deliver on what he has made clear are his views. I found Yoo extrememly attractive and highly educated. Mr. Stewart has previously apologized on air when one of his interviews did not go well. It's not that the interview did not go well, it's that Jon Stewart appeared unprepared. Now on the other hand, Steven Colbert would have chewed Yoo up and spit Yoo out.

It's YOU that build up john stewart to be other than what he is.
After rigorous training by the best political and comedy writers money can buy jabbering johnny gets KO'd on his own turf and suddenly he's a mere comedian! Your just pissed because these fights are supposed to be rigged. quit sniveling.

John Stewart is a comedian who does, of all things, comedy.
