Gangstas in Portland really, give me a break and I know I shouldn't be posting this because I don't live there but I did a little research and Portlands violent crime has almost dropped in half since the year 2000. Good for you guys!!! I live 1/2 mile from Wilmington, Delaware population about 75,000 and they have had 26 murders just this year. Chester, PA 3 miles to the north has about 25 murders a year with a population of 35,000 people. Phillly is twenty minutes away and I go there all the time, same for Wilmington. Chester's another story.
