Get real.
Okay. You want real? Like, someone who's actually seen terminations of pregnancy rather than relying on pro-birther scare sites?

At seventeen weeks, she's not likely to "feel her baby struggle for it's life while it's ripped limb from limb". First of all, you're assuming she'd be unmedicated, which is not the case in a second-trimester pregnancy termination. Secondly, a five-inch-long fetus (maximum size, IUGR is likely given the state of prenatal care available in such situations) is generally delivered intact unless there's already been a fetal demise for a couple of days (at which point the physical state degrades rapidly, but that's clearly not the case here).
As for the term "things shoved up inside her"...<sigh> There are a number of comments I could make here, but I'll pass.

No one's made the claim that pregnancy terminations are not an ordeal. The range is from "unpleasant medical procedure" to "life-changing event", depending upon the individual in question. However, I think it's safe to say motherhood by rape at ten has no such range. Either she's forced into an adulthood she clearly is not ready for, complete with seeing the perpetrator's face every time she looks at her child. Or her mother ends up raising him/her...and we see how well that's turned out with her daughter.

You claim to be worried about the procedural trauma of an abortion, but want to perform elective abdominal surgery? Completely illogical.

Caesarean sections increase the health risks for mothers and babies as well as the costs of health care compared with normal deliveries.1-5 Concern has been expressed at the growing rates of caesarean section in some countries of Latin America over the past few years. 6 7 Some developed countries have apparently controlled the increase in caesarean section, although the rates may still be high.8-10 However, in other developed countries, caesarean section rates are still increasing and are a matter of concern. 11 12

The same mother will raise this child that raised the 10 year old. What a mess. We can all assume the outcome of this baby girl's life.

What happens when the stepfather gets out of prison. He'll have TWO girls to rape.

But Quintana Roo state legislator Maria Hadad said the girl's doctors aren't telling the whole story. She said continuing the pregnancy could cause severe mental and physical health problems for the girl.
"It's not just a high-risk pregnancy. It's a pregnancy that puts the girl at risk.".

Rates and implications of caesarean sections in Latin America: ecological study • Commentary: all women should have a choice • Commentary: increase in caesarean sections may reflect medical control not women's choice • Commentary: "health has become

There is no way you can compare an elective c-sect of an adult woman to a c-sect of a 10/11 year old still growing girl, who by all reports is petite to begin with. The c-sect is a medical necessity here.

Very very few. In 2003 only 1.4% of all abortions were preformed at or after 21 weeks.

I would humbly suggest that diagnosis of "medical necessity" via a handful of articles on the 'net is worth no more than the paper it's printed on.

Bear in mind that "seven months" is roughly 30 weeks, and and that number goes down significantly further. At that point, the overwhelming majority are done because of risks to the mother; fetal morbidity (including many with defects incompatible with life) is another huge factor.
