I'd recommend it's time to built another 5-10 story hotel near Findlay Toyota event center or on the north end near Robert's Market by 89A in PV to accommodate the additional people visiting.

Your dilemma is common. Prescott hotel rates are double (or more) on the weekend compared to mid week. I've stayed a the Roadway inn and it's acceptably clean with a reasonable price for the weekend.
