Redd was expendable, he never showed much to me, but I hate to see this happen. As for the draft I hope he trades back, every fan seems to want the team to trade back every draft but that's especially true when you have a guy like GMSM making the picks. I want a DL, center and FS safety badly. As this is a great draft for DL I hope they can trade back, still get a good one, and have other picks for other needs.

It sounds like what is likely to happen is that SM already has a guy he plans to draft in the first round, and then he is likely to trade back in either the second or third rounds (or both.) I do hate what happened to Redd, but it is what it is.
In 3 of the Redskins' 6 division games, their opponent will have one more day of rest than Washington.
We play Monday night game, then a Saturday game. We play a SNF game, then a Thursday night game.
Only 2 of the 32 teams in the NFL will play 3 road games in a row this season. Redskins and Packers.
There's no way the league would ever do this to the Cowboys, Patriots, or Broncos. No way.
Cowboys actually have one of the softest schedules in the league, pretty much right behind the Packers. Ah well. It is what it is. Honestly, the season almost always plays out differently than what it appears to on paper.

There's one difference in the schedule, so far as the teams they play.
Oop.. Thank you.. Somehow I still think of the Panthers in the west division.. They haven't been in the west in nearly 15 years.
Which was so stupid considering that North Carolina is about as far from the west coast as you can get and still be in the United States, lol! In all honesty, they probably deserve to be in the east and the Cowboys should be in the south, but we know it's also based on match-ups and not always geography.
