Few football fans fully understand how great the Browns used to be in Pro Football.

Played in 10 STRAIGHT championship games, winning 7 (prior to the SuperBowl moniker).

From 1950-1995 (45 years)
  • Only had 5 last place finishes
  • 19 First place finishes
  • Record of 364-264
  • Only 8 losing seasons
What most people and the media look at is after their "re-birth" in 1999. It has been a rough 25 years since.

Here's hoping that the next 25 look much better!

Paul Brown is arguably the greatest coach in pro football history.

Dang straight. I don't think you are going to see the New England Bellichicks playing anytime soon.

Lol. That's a good one.

But everything with regards to adjustments and scouting, Brown innovated. He was also an outstanding high school and college coach in Ohio.

Two horrible choices, but I guess that is the media for you.

If the Browns would have won the division, then I get Stefanski, but they didn't.

As for Garrett, the Browns had the most OVERRATED defense all season, especially down the stretch.
