Could you imagine how great it would be for the NFL if the Houston Texans and Philadelphia Eagles both made the Superbowl. I know it would be a great Superbowl to watch.

My favorite team versus my hometown team. Yikes....

Watching the 1st half of Texans/Saints made me ready for the regular season.

I'm hoping Houston manages to give Beck a chance. That boy had a great college career and then was crushed by being traded to the Dolphins. Third string quarterback isn't great, but it's better than being an alternate on a team that couldn't win with Dan Marino on its side.

Congratulations on the Beck pick. Houston's definitely on my radar, now.

Hopefully Foster can stay healthy this year. But out of him and AJ, I'd rather lose him than AJ (if someone had to go down). Tate is a beast and the best backup in the league.

Even though the Texans win was easy, there should be some concern since all of their TD's came off of turnovers on a short field within 2:00 of the first half. No TD's for the rest of the game - only 3 field goals.

I like this team. Very efficient and plays good defense. If Schaub can stay in one piece, dare I say Super Bowl contention?

Efficient... The one thing I like is that they are consistently one of the first games to finish, and then we get bonus coverage of other games. Got to see the end of the Ravens/Eagles game yesterday.

They held the ball for over 43 minutes. Foster and Tate and 40 carries combined. Jags only ran 38 plays total. That just doesn't happen.

That drive in the 3rd quarter capped off the beatdown the Jags got. Looking good so far. I'd like to see other receivers step up and get into the offense though.
