Things will get real interesting when they play Oakland.

OK, I'm wondering if they shut down Montgomery and use the space for Quarless? He is on the IR designated list, and has been practicing. Montgomery tried to practice yesterday and could not go today. He has a high ankle sprain, been out for weeks.

As a rookie, not playing for 2 months, how helpful would he be if he could come back for the last game and the playoffs???
I don't know the rules, I do know once Q starts practicing they have a certain window where he has to be added to the roster. They have 53 so someone has to go, maybe someone back to practice squad.

They need another option for Aaron and if Montgomery still can't go, I don't know, they should do something.

Just saw this at the Packers website! All these playoff scenarios can make one crazy (or crazier) but apparently their source is NFL.com!

The Packers could be in the playoffs by the time Sunday’s game with the Raiders kicks off. Buccaneers’ loss Thursday night means Green Bay clinches a playoff spot if either the Giants or Redskins lose on Sunday, regardless of how the Packers fare.

word is the pack-vikes game will be flexed to NBC the last week, they'll probably turn around and play again the next week in the 1st round...more balmy weather in store for the forseeable future in the nort country

The most steady player, Goode, long snapper, played through an ACL on Sunday, went to IR today. Packers added an unknown Rick Lovato. Goode has never had a bad snap leading to a turnover in all his games, 137 consecutive starts.

This should be interesting, considering Aaron's wonderful temperament lately!

I can't see the Vikings losing 3x in a row to this Packers team.

When was the last time Rodgers completed a pass for more than 25 yards? Most of the yardage is off of dink and dunk passes and good runs after the catch.

You're right and he is fighting it. He cannot accept where this offense is or isn't and my thought is, part of the issue (among others, of course)! His body language, frustrations, show in every game, and it isn't doing any good. He and McCarthy need to on the same page.

I heard a comment on a radio show, which was funny but it is true. They need a "see the light" moment, probably not happening. The announcer didn't use those words but being so close to the holiday don't want to get in trouble.

Ghengis, I don't think he meant the weather! You are a hoot! I heard the flexing depends on whether the Vikes win against the Giants! By the way, seeming more likely with their hot shot WR out!
