I agree. The Bills are the most snakebitten of the entire group. Four trips to the SB (all in a row or at least three if I'm not mistaken) and not a single win.

That's why I feel Jim Kelly does't belong in the HOF because i feel a true HOFer would win atleast 1 out of 4 SB Apperances. You put Mcnabb in 3 more SB's and I bet he wins one of them

Yes it was 4 in a row which is why JimKelly should not be a HOFer

1990-Giants
1991-Redskins
1992-Cowboys
1993-Cowboys

I think Jim Kelly was one hell of a QB. However, it would be interesting to see his stats in those SB games. If he was performing and everyone else was not, then he deserves to be in the HOF.

first SB loss against the giants-( 0 TD passes)

second SB loss against the Redskins-( 2TD's, 4 Int's,)

third SB loss against the Cowboys-(0 TD's, 2 Int's)

fourth SB loss against the Cowboys-(0 TD's, 1 Int)

So in 4 SB appearances Kelly had only 2 TD passes and 7 Int's and you are saying he belongs in the hall of fame???????????

Just think how the SB Trophy was in the Cards hands this past February and then everything falls apart qualified then to be on the List.
If memory serves, the gist of the list was teams that come close to great things or underachieved. The cards have been AWFUL for most of their existence. Their one Super Bowl appearance was a surprise and far exceeded expectations, not exactly "snake-bitten."

Well explain how the Lions made the List?

Toxic Toast is right. Look at how many times the Arizona Cardinals have been to the playoffs in the last 35 years. You can count the years on one hand. Previous to last years push to the playoffs, the last time they were in the playoffs was in 1997. The previous time before that was 1975 when they were coached by Don Coryell and quarterbacked by Jim Hart. And the amount of seasons that they were just a .500 club? Very few, as a matter of fact I'm gonna pull that info up and report back on this.

Update: They had 3 winning seasons from 1982 to 1984. In 1982 (the strike season), they made the playoffs. So in 35 years time (excepting last season), they made the playoffs twice, in 1997 and 1982.

Hey TV I'm WITH ya on the original post! But you have to remember there is a difference between being a snake bitten franchise and a flat out lousy, incompetent one. Under the Bidwell's ownership the Cardinals become the scourge of the NFL. I could come up with a bunch of stories to underline the point, but we would be really drifting off the thread. And of course you can be snake bitten and lousy at the same time.
