I went to a thread where people share little daily things, usually just minor stuff, and I was just going to say: "I had an excellent lunch." Because everything was perfect. The food. The service. Everything. But I saw how someone shared a horrible ongoing experience and eveeryone is chiming in with sympathy and well wishes so that my little blurb about lunch will make me look like a So I posted it here instead.
I can't decide on ceiling paint color. I have to decide by Monday. This will mean bringing home many samples and making my ceiling look like hell - and probably falling off the ladder - between now and then.
At least I hired someone to actually paint the ceiling. Who knew NOT painting it would be this much work? I'm completely stressed out about this.
Choose the lightest tint you can get of the wall color for the ceiling. It will look white. It will look good.
While making my favorite Veggie mac & Cheese casserole, I was taste testing the pasta for doneness, and burned my tongue! Now I have to eat the whole casserole this week (usually I eat half and freeze half for later) out of revenge. Just let me tell you: having a blister in the middle of your tongue is not fun!!!
One of my crowns came off. I consider myself an orally clean person but my goodness did that thing smell. Maybe I should just knock it out and be snagatooth. At least that way I won't have to fear the crown falling off every 6 years and having to smell like a toilet mouth for 2 days until dentist can fix me up.
Okay, I really like drinking Ensure for breakfast, and I'm mad that when I went to a Walmart near my job, it was out of the new flavor that came out, Banana! I had to get my now second choice, Butter Pecan.
I saw more Monarch caterpillars on the mostly denuded milkweed (the only thing they eat). I don't want them to die but I really don't feel like leaving the house to go to the nursery and buy more milkweed. But I will because I don't want them to die. I just wish they would stop laying eggs already.
The potatoes here are flat and not round. Oh, I'm not in the First World. Can I still post?
