When we were looking to build an outdoor brick fireplace, we went to Outdoor Kitchens. They sell parts for do it yourself people. I am not sure if they will have what you are looking for but it is worth a try or they may know where you can get what you need.

No but depending on whee you go you may have to pay for parking or entrance into a park. Otherwise the beaches are free.
Now as for the beach in my backyard admission is free and I don't charge for parking
