There are very few places to take teens.... but Wild Wings over at Brier Creek lets teens stay for live music as long as they are with adults and stay away from the bar. There is no cover.
Lincoln Theatre has all ages shows. Teens do not have to be "with" adults per se, but I usually hang out upstairs. most times a cover/ticket is required. Not a restaurant.
Blue Bayou has been known to have teen nights on Thursdays, but all under 21 have to leave by 10pm. recently the cover has been in donation form, not a restaurant
There are a few other places that are teen friendly like the free concerts put on in Downtown Raleigh and Last Fridays in Hillsborough.
Thanks all! I am going to check them all out..want to go tomorrow night(Sat.)
N. Raleigh Guy--We are in Clayton and the music does not matter. Daughter just wants to go to dinner where there is "Live" music being played..thinks it would be "cool". She likes all music..jazz, country, classic rock, beach-music etc. Not your typical teen when it comes to music..likes everything.
