There is only one duplicate story, the Raleigh nightclub. And the lead ins are rolling, so when something else happens, other stories fall off.

Like I said, la di da.... You seem to all agree, hey, what's the problem? London has more violence.

I am alarmed. The murder rate is up dramatically. Maybe when it hits close to home, more attention will be paid. Which could be sooner than later at this rate.

And yes, I meant the Triangle vs RTP.

I really think you are overreacting. The murder rate is up after a two year decline, but it's mostly from domestic violence and high crime areas.

A: "One killed, one injured in Durham shooting"
and
B "Durham police investigating two shootings" is an overlap.
The first shooting being investigated is the first story.

The nightclub shooting, with charges filed is duplicate.

3 shootings in two cities is not at all related to the title of "Shootings every day in RTP."

With population of over 1.4 million, there is bound to be some violent crime.

Last time I looked , I think the murder rates for England were 1.4 per 100,000 ( about 700) while NC was 5.? per 100,000 (476)

51.5 million people -v- 9.5 million people

Seriously, check out the Chicago news. I moved from there and it's like the wild west every night.

Compared to Floridah, there is no crime here. If everyone was "packing", there would be even less.
