Low 60s for me and I think one could do better, just no time/patience here. Call to cancel, and use the words fios, Verizon, ATT, uverse, etc when describing why - tell them it's just not competitive and too expensive. They will try to sell you on a difference ("well att uses xyz cable, ours is designed blah blah") - say no thanks and unless they can reduce the cost, you're out. They will, and everyone wins.
We're closing on the 28th, so I'll definitely be doing this. If they don't transfer my services to the new house with the proper rate, I'll just take my busines to AT&T, or at least lead them to believe..
I'm up and running in 27713 with 95/12 speeds (I'm still using a 6141).
I am in 27713 with SB6183. Only getting ~100 down though instead of the 200 I should be getting, going to have to follow up with TW on that later today. I'm getting the correct 20 Mbps upload speed though.

Wonder why they are delaying, when the channels have been active for months. I note Charlotte people got pushed back also. And yes, it's not some big published thing, but the CSRs had the info and gave it out, so there was some sort of plan somewhere that they delayed from.
Still no upgrade in 27511 (east Cary). TWC's rep said if they can fix their network issues, they'll launch MAXX before November 3. Obviously that's going to lead to dashed hopes every Tuesday between now and then.
