Median days, up to $340K, in Wake County - 6. That is insane, especially when you figure many homes wait several days to gather offers.
Are incomes really keeping up with the pace of home prices here? That in of itself makes me wonder if we are in a bubble. I don't personally know of anyone that's gotten huge raises since the housing bust. Right before the bust, I remember thinking the same thing.

As an outsider looking at homes in the $400 to $500k range for sale I see homes selling but they are going below asking price. Is that accurate?
The selling price is the selling price. I would not take that to assume you'll find a home way below the asking price.
