All of the local malls are closed tomorrow, but the restaurants with outside entrances are allowed to be open.

It is not just malls in the South that are closed on Easter. The malls in Southeast Michigan also close on Easter. Chances are that very few retail malls throughout the US will be open on Easter.

The only store that is open at any mall that I know of is Sears. They started opening on Easter a few years ago. Other than that the restaurants at malls will be open.
