Vacationing in Rapid city (restaurants, discount, reviews)

Hopefully you can answer a few questions for me. We're headed to Rapid city next week and will be there for a few days. Any recommendations on good restaurants? Or ones to stay away from? We're going to be staying over by the WaTiki waterpark.

We've also looked into going to a chuckwagon. Any recommendations? Definitely heading to Mt. Rushmore too. Thanks!
