I agree, this is exactly what I was going to say. Sorry, OP, don't mean to rain on your parade. Just not something I personally would use.

The problem is most agents are a) cheap; and b) don't know a good picture from a bad picture - as witnessed by the truly horrendous cell phone pics that end up on MLSs. You'd have to have lots of dazzling "before-and-after" shots to convince someone that what you offer is going to make a marked difference in their marketing, at a price that is attractive to them. If they ARE someone who appreciates well-done photos, they probably already have a professional photographer in their back pocket, already.

Editing pictures is a thankless job. I know you can probably straighten, fix color balances and crop in your sleep -- but is that really what feeds your creative juices? Editing out a garden hose on a sidewalk, or punching a little more color in the flower pot by the front door starts to eat up time, too.

Thank you all for the replies everyone. I can see that for the most part that everyone here seems to appreciate great photography and understand its importance.

It will take a very small investment for me to get the site up and running, so I think I will test it with the lower price point agents in my area to see if it is well received or not. I will be sure to post a link here.

Thank you all again!

Don't limit yourself to real estate agents.

Their are bazillions of photos out there that the owners would love to have enhanced, and have no clue how to go about it.
Weddings. Family reunions. Funerals. Cars for sale. FSBO sellers. Etc.
