Thanks Mack Knife, good explanation. I always wonder why do not say true. Maybe I will become a realtor and say try after I fix all bad things. Like always existing problem of no insulation in walls. What them is so heavy to put foam in walls through 4" radius gaps.
This is one reason why (and this is fact) real estate agents and such are regarded among the lowest when ranked against other professions when it come to trustworthiness, integrity and so on. I know this statement will be challenged but it doesn't take anyone long to find the facts and see it is true.
As individuals, their morals are reflective of the general public. As a group, see the above.
There are some Realtors/Agents that maintain very high standards in their ethics but they are not in the majority or the majority of people wouldn't hold them in such low regard.
Many other posters on these threads have expressed this opinion also. I have to wonder why the general public doesn't realize that it isn't rocket science and use a good real estate lawyer to handle the contract and save themselves money and aggrivation! We can fix the problem by not playing their game.

Silly me. I thought that insulation was a construction issue. I never realized that my realtor was the one responsible for installing foam installation in my home!
No, I'm not a realtor. But I've used a couple of great realtors and a couple of average realtors. I've interviewed many bad realtors. The great ones are worth every cent I paid them. The average ones? They were my fault for hiring them in the first place (due to inexperience), but still earned compensation.
Well, there are shady people in this world for sure. Some of them are even realtors. Some are dentists, some are general contractors, some plumbers, some own payday lenders, some are unemployed.... Pretty much any field has some shady people in it. Except politicians. They are all shady!

I think just troll bait, and it was quite successful at eliciting banalities from the usual suspects.
Sorry buddy but I will not use yours kind ever, and will not work for yours kind ever. You are useless. It is not troll tread. What exactly happened?
- I start work for one female realtor and told her that I will need like 1 and 3/4 hours per door for replacement doors (mortising, cutting etc), 12 of them. She pay me for first two days 30$/hour. Second part of installation get slower then I thought. In such situation I’m open to lower my price for a few bucks. Al suddenly she bring 18 bifold doors that I had to hung and 6 of them was brand new tm required new hardware. When I was almost done she come with story that I said to her that everything will cost like 800-850$ even we didn’t talk at all about bifold hanging price. When I finish I get 550$ (850 - 300) and told her that I do not want hear from her never and do not want to hear from none else from Remax.
So never ever in my life realtor will be between me and customer. I will just turn back if any realtor show up between me and customer.
