Some were investments and some where primary residence.

I've discovered (in part I pay attention to this because of the necessity of scheduling multiple showings in one day) that some buyers are in and out in 15 minutes, and others might take 45 on every house, even ones they think they're not interested in. This actually is how they approach life, their personality type (something agents who work with lots of sellers and buyers need to learn in order to do the best job for their clients). Some people want every tiny bit of information and never quite feel they have enough to make a decision; some want just the important highlights before they make a decision and get annoyed if you try to give them too much. Most are somewhere in between. As Brandon said, nothing right or wrong, just their approach to the world.

We literally only got 30 minutes to view the home because there was a crapton of other potential buyers queued up to see the house. (Of course, that was by design.) if we liked it, you could guarantee others did too. how we actually ended up with the house makes me believe in destiny.
