Checking back in to say that the *** meat was good. It's quite lean, so I added a dab of butter to fry it in.


No one eating it thought that it tasted any different than beef, so while it is nice meat, to me it isn't worth the $8 a pound for it, so we probably won't do it again.


I didn't inquire, but it is possible that it is grass raised and grass finished, so that might be worth $8 a pound to people who only eat grass finished meat.



It's always fun to try new stuff.
