I like the idea of a spray bottle. Any more I am a light sleeper. and a good night is 5 to 6 hours sleep.

I haven't had a good night sleep in 10 yrs, sleep apnea and insomnia, along with a good dose of work stress.

I think I've aged a lot because of it.

Sounds a lot like me. I have a bi-pap machine (more air than a c-pap.) I haven't used it in a year. And in the move I can't find the power cord... But the stress has gone down tons since I moved. That helps tons.

A couple of nights ago, I had a horrible dream.

In the dream I was in a car driving along, and we hit a kid that ran out into the street. It was just horrible, I woke up panting and out of breath, sorta like you see in the movies.....

It has stayed with me the last day or two.

Has anyone had a dream that plagued you long after you woke up???
