Is this a real question? First off, it might have been taken a little more serious if you posed this question in the Health & Wellness section, (permitted you cut to the chase & ask the question about the bump on the lip-description and all)..., then just ask him, "Hey what's going on w/that bump on your lip, explain please" Don't just jump ship, this could be possibly a good thing for you and you'll never truly know unless you investigate first.
