I dip the celery sticks into the ranch dressing bottle.

Imho, it tastes better if you get the Hidden Valley mix packets at the grocery store. Mix in Best Foods Mayo & 2% milk. YUM..

You ever have those nights where you wake up to have to use the bathroom and Bam! You can't get back to sleep.

Jeez, working on about 2 or 3 hours of sleep. Trying to think at work today is painful.

I don't usually have any problema going to sleep. Sometimes the crickets put me to sleep.

You can get used to just a few hours of sleep a night, with training - IF you wanted to, and your body allowed it. The advantages are much more productive time ... the disadvantages? Haven't figured them out yet.

Take a catnap at work.
