I don't like being asked to "hang out" or go on a date via text. it shows laziness to me. and lazy=lack of interest. Maybe its my insecurity coming out cause most men I meet pretend they like me just to string me along cause they think they're gonna get some and then they bail..and the major texters are the biggest offenders of this. I don't mind texting for quick things..but when it replaces real communication, that bothers me.
One of the women I dated came back to my place on the 2nd date and we watched a few movies.
Nothing happened, some hugging and lots of flirting and eye contact. That was it.
lol, if only that is what usually happens. I've been there, done that..its never been my experience that its just watching movies, flirting, hugging only. You can do all of that outside of each other's respective homes anyways.
I know it bothers you, since you don't really text, but eventually you'll find someone who calls instead. Otherwise, you may have to get used to the texting thing.
I know and I put up with the texting but due to my past experiences, I don't trust men who only text. texting here and there, but mostly calling me, doesn't really bother me

if there even is a VOIP-function, they usually suck, and the girl sound like a truck-driver who's name could be "Earl" or something and the the guy sound like 3CPO from starwars.

I'm talking about when the exchanging numbers part comes around. I am always clear that I'm not much of a texter and some listen, other's don't. its irritating.
