I always have a stock of Blue Moon in my house lol.

Making fajitas tonight for dinner. With filet mignon. I have never understood using cheap steak for fajitas.

My first encounter many years ago was not good, it was absolutely bland. Tried some recently that was very flavorful, I've been converted.
