Yeah, that's actually about right. And if she's dumb or at least manages to look dumb and like a damsel in distress (#1 perfected), it becomes superb!
Been there, done that. Spent money on hair color/haircut, bought new clothes (actually had a stylist friend of mine help me out) wore makeup (professionally done by the same stylist) and it didn't help me at all. In fact, my friends said I looked weird because they weren't used to it Waste of money, really. I could have bought a new multimeter and torque wrench, but instead wasted money (and time!) on silly stuff.
Besides, what would the guy I attracted say when he realizes I'm a mechanic who usually just wears jeans and a tshirt with no makeup on a regular basis? I'm sure he'd be pretty disappointed that I drew him in on a lie.
I'll go ahead and be myself and hopefully some guy will recognize my awesomeness for what it is some day
Everyone is "Attractive" in some capacity to some people. Not sure what "good enough romantically" means.
I'm 'friendzoned' a lot. If I had a dollar for every time a guy told me 'you're really great, but I'm just not into you like that...wanna get drunk and play Zelda?' I'd have...well, I'd have at least $20
#1 is kinda vague, how exactly does a girl do that? Like stub her toe & cry about it so the guy will come to the rescue & kiss her toes?
