I am a student of Spanish for about 15 years now and am teaching myself Italian. I know these sorts of things aren't the end all be all, but does knowing foreign languages give a few minor plus points, or are you just indifferent.

Being multilingual is a sign of intelligence (if the man learned the language as an adult). Intelligence and being highly educated is a must for me so yes, speaking several languages is a huge plus for me. My husband is trilingual and it made him infinitely more intriguing to me when dating.
