how about it - this is just a form of arranged marriage, or marrying someone for their money - no difference.

out where I live, plenty of people do it - and you can see a whole load of guys (aged around 30-70) with young 20 year old wives. Many of these are married and live together.
so what do you reckon?
some people also take the wife back home with them to Europe, US or Australia

If you live in a culture in which married men and women act as equal partners, then it could become difficult in the long run for both the man and woman to be in a relationship that has more of a servant/served dynamic. That is, if fitting in to the social fabric of the community matters.
I'm making a broad assumption here about the kind of girl that is in a "mail order" situation . I don't actually know any.

Wouldnt bother me at all. As long as they are good neighbors, what they do in their home is their own business.
