Don't sweat the small stuff and this is the small stuff since you had all the pain with the divorce.

As to stars, just wait your time will come.

Ok I will say a punchline in that if he doesn't work maybe there is a man selling enchiladas (or rather wants to). As strange as it is I believe it will but time will tell. I just know not to get ahead of myself like I did last time and start planning the wedding (so to speak)before we met up again.

You never know.... But it's HIGHLY unlikely. There's just nothing I see married men get that I can't get right now from my current GF

Yeah "if" this doesn't work out it's perhaps best for your benefit.

I only wish you the best.

Thanks and I am keeping a positive view on this. I do believe in things happen for a reason.

I'm not sure about marriage as I'm very young, but in theory it just doesn't sound like a good idea unless you get a prenup and choose one's partner very, very wisely. There is a lot of financial risk involved even then. The most serious I would be willing to get until much later in life would be co-habitation.

One thing I'm sure of though is that I won't be having kids. As fun as making an army of ducklings would be, the cost of living being what it is, especially college, makes the whole venture financially imprudent. Degrees that are 200k now are going up even more, and jobs that used to require no formal education suddenly have new requirements as society becomes over-saturated with these fancy pieces of paper.

That's a wonderfully practical view and one that I do respect however, you're going to cheat the world out of an army of little ducklings....
