I've never seen a straighter then straight man "flattered" when a gay man ignored his drool looking at the gal beside him and took a stab.
They do it just to p*** you off I think.
I don't know what you consider a "straighter than straight man" to be, but it makes me think of a closeted gay person. Actual straight men are just straight, not "straighter than straight." They aren't bothered by gay people being attracted to them because they're secure in themselves and their heterosexual orientation.
So basically anyone you feel isn't worthy of your magnificent attention.
