just think its interesting to judge someone for not "helping the world" if you don't. that's all.

Does that mean you wouldn't ever date someone who studied business, arts, communications in college either?

i think it'd be cool to meet a woman who enjoys playing poker, or is good enough at it to make it a living.

She probably travels a lot though, trying to earn a chance at playing with the best in the game.

That would be pretty fun.

I met a guy that plays poker for a living and decided not to date him because of this. The lifestyle, hours etc wouldn't work well with mine and I don't consider gambling a job.

Ok let me ask you this? What stigma is linked with alcoholics? Young women don't mind them either.

Yeah definitely, it can be tough.. and is far from what it's cracked up to be. There are also many advantages too though!

I did date someone a few years back who made a living playing poker, but would not consider it again. Long nights among bad company don't make one a better person, you know? It's the whole company you keep thing.
