Separate beds is the ticket! I have strange sleeping a habits and often find myself head first where my feet initially started out at or spawled out completely sideways.
my exes usually preferred me wearing nothing to bed, or just a pair of shorts.
Maybe that will light your fire.

Yeah, the last girl I dated got really pissed because I would always end up horizontal on the bed and push her off it.

OMG that is so me! I don't know why, but I always wake up parallel to the pillows. Obviously I can't do that when I'm staying with my boyfriend, but he always laughs at how the instant he gets out of bed, I've taken over his pillow and shifted 90 degrees, with my feet toward the nightstand.
spooning can be great- things are lined up well, and all,,,, but all it takes, is just one night, when she has gas,, and she's sleeping, so she doesnt know she's doing it...
kinda puts an end to the spooning-when you're nearly blown off the bed.....
