Not kidding...this one woman ate 8 bananas in one sitting, because she could...not because she was hungry. This is when the program transitioned to "free fruits" and she thought what the heck and ate the whole bunch! They gave her a sticker for it and a round of applause. I guess it's better than eating 8 donuts in one sitting but I thought it was a bit bizarre.
Like I said, some locations have great folks, others, not so much. I stopped going to the meetings here.

Were you on the program when you had to count fruits? It was a big deal when fruit went free...but I thought she was a bit over the top with her celebratory banana binge. I still feel kind of guilty not counting fruit. I was under that program when I lost most of my weight so it's hard to change gears.
Us either. I don't care for the crowds and I certainly don't want to be on the road on NYE.
