No, I've never had to count it but I struggle with it. I love fruit and have to limit myself. If I eat too much, I count it.

Yup! Especially in the summer! That's all I crave when it's hotter than Hades outside.

Same here. It's even worse when I get strawberries or blueberries from our food co-op. I can do some major damage! I mean, it is better than eating ice cream or candy, but I know it still has calories and consequences. LOL

Oh I know! I can't keep the berries in the house in the summer.

I think we are going to Western NY this summer on vacation. I told my husband we have to go during berry season. I think it's the first week of July up there but you can pick blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and cherries (cherries are my favorite!!). We wind up eating them as we pick them (which they invite you to do).

LOL, I guess my point is that when I'm really hungry and haven't eaten in a while, I don't go "Damn... I'm so hungry, I can eat a shtyload of fruit".... LOL....

I love cherries but hadn't had them in years. When we were in Idaho last summer we picked some up at a roadside stand. They were so good.

That's why I get them from the co-op when they are available. LOL I got honeycrisp apples recently for 80 cents a pound!
