We had round after round of storms yesterday. On my way to work there was a serious down pour and I couldn't see squat! I was driving west, and the rain was coming in sideways from the east. Now, my Jeep has a nearly vertical wind shield, and my wipers only have two speeds: slow, and a little fast than slow. So it would wipe.....and nothing would happen. Just a continuous, thick, wavy, blurry mess.
It had flooded parts of the streets I took within 5 minutes......and since I couldn't see, I tell ya, those flooded sections sure came as a surprise when all of a sudden the Jeep slows with a jerk, and my tires are throwing water 15 feet in every direction, and 9 feet up.
At least I was giving the people behind me a heads up lol
