How long have you been single or not in a relationship? (dating, boyfriends)

For me, about 5 years. I'm starting to get antsy and worried that i will never find someone. I really want a partner even marriage. Part of the reason i was single, was because i was focus on raising my child and I have a full-time job, work late on most days. I have tried the online dating thing and it's not really working for me.

Lets just say it was a long time, and I was craving to get back in a relationship, or casual date at least. Long time as a single when you don't desire being single, really wears you down.

Being in a relationship which is great, is far better than being single.

Put yourself out there, try Meetup in groups that interest you, try online dating, look for new opportunities.

You will regret it when you are old and all alone.

In that case you will be single forever, is that what you want? Dating is crucial in finding someone, and seeing if you compatible with each other, physically, emotionally, interest wise, etc etc.
