I'm a natural night owl, I got sleep apnea and also have insomnia quite a bit, you'd figure the sleep apnea would counter act the sleep insomnia, but whatever.

I'm a hot mess when it comes to sleep.....

I'm usually feel colder when I sleep. I notch the heat up or turn the AC down a couple degrees before going to bed.

Sleeping's one thing I've always been good at but recently I've been having acid reflux issues (only when sleeping!) so I have to prop myself up on pillows and only sleep on my left side which harshes my mellow a bit.

My post was more metaphorical, not so much actual temperature... LOL.... most people I know prefer a cooler room to sleep in and then use the appropriate amount of blankets.

The moderator laughed at me...LOL
Not sure if it is the change of season or my attitude. If I vanish you'll know why.

Could be a wee bit of both, my allergies are kicking my behind at the moment but I continue to keep the windows open just to get the cool fresh air through our home before winter really sets in and it gets too cold to have the windows open.

I'm just a wee bit more cranky than normal and I haven't felt well at all this week so not much is being accomplished around the house and the gal that helps me part time is upset with me as well so she hasn't checked to see if I need her at all this week. She was able to manage stopping by to get her payroll but that is the reason she is upset...LOL

One more thing before I put my pathetic not feeling well allergies punching bag behind to bed for a nap.

Mr. CSD got a catalog in the mail today to purchase a "Goat" and I'm not sure why.

Is it Heifer International? Heifer International | Charity Ending Hunger And Poverty We chipped in and bought bees in my boss's name for her holiday gift last year. We thought that was a better alternative than filling her office with bees like we generally want to.
