That they are.

So today was Melbourne Cup day (our version of Kentucky derby-) it's a public holiday in Melbourne, so we have half a day off and went to the pub. one colleague offered to place my bet for me but put it on the wrong horse. Guess which one won..... Lol

heh heh heh, I was just told that the business I am in does NOT require passing a drug test to be hired.....LMAO, that is the FIRST thing that is required, the rest of the qualifications are checked and application accepted only after the drug test is passed and the medical card is verified.

I truly enjoy when people who don't even know what my company is or what business I am in tell me that I don't need all of the federally mandated requirements I need to hire them and that doesn't even begin to describe the experience and requirements I need to get them approved through the company I am leased with.

I hope at least your colleague bought you a drink to make up for what they lost for you...

I didn't have a very productive day yesterday. Looking forward to higher levels of productivity today.

Me neither and today is not looking good so far. The weekend trip has me not feeling well and still exhausted.
Maybe later today I can actually get something accomplished besides sitting here wasting time on the forum.

You know, I am not a violent woman and I avoid violence when I can which is often and I don't even watch television or movies that are violent but sometimes I just want to hunt down some of those that post on this forum and bang their heads against a brick wall until all of the stupid falls out of their brains....

The good news is that I am too tired to even seriously think about doing something like that, I don't feel like going out into the cold today and I just sat down and worked on our Grandson's quilt for about 30 minutes and it has worn me out.
