Well, you and SD both look great and should be proud of losing as much as you have, don't be too hard on yourself if things slid a bit, just have to dust yourself off and climb back on the stairmaster

A small piece of advice that I found very helpful.............IF you keep all of your medication in a specific box and put all of the pills in a shot glass then take them all at once............for some reason the

"Shot Glass" helps things go down much easier.........LMAO

Obviously we won't be eating too much at our own place from the menu.

Yeah, I'm glad I don't have to be on the pill anymore. LOL

Every six months or so, I get on a kick where I swear I'm going to start taking vitamins. It lasts two days, if I'm lucky.

I can't...I wish I could though!

Can't take thyroid meds with the vitamins I take because it makes the thyroid meds less effective, or something to that effect. I try to take all my vitamins at night when I brush my teeth and the thyroid meds in the morning (have to be taken on an empty stomach and at least 30 minutes before eating).

I wish I could reverse that...I'm better at taking the vitamins.

LOL...yup. I took the pill for very short while, but it was not for birth control. We used other methods for that. If we relied on the pill for birth control, we'd be like the Duggars...LOL

Thanks, but I don't do machines. LOL Just gotta get my butt back out there and run! I actually work across the street from the Y now, so I can go to classes on my lunch break. It's pretty convenient and my manager is super laid back and doesn't care if I take a little extra time, so there goes that excuse. Darn!

I just know that if I don't change things now, it won't be pretty!

The one thing that I got away from which is the worst thing for me to get away from is the amount of water I was drinking daily.
One needs 1/2 of their body weight in ounces of water daily but for me I need a wee bit more because I get dehydrated quickly with my illness.

I never relied on it as a sole method. Always have a backup! LOL
