In some ways I do find this thread very amusing. A lot of posters are here trying to give advice to a guy who has slept with probably hundreds of women online. Of these hundreds of women I'm sure there must be quite a number of university educated women among them, as well as financially capable women too.
The problem was the poster wanted the whole package: a fit, attractive, educated, sexual dynamo who is financially independent and giving and wants a relationship.
The funny thing is there are a few female posters here who might be 'repulsed' by Jo's character, but would probably sleep with him if given the opportunity.

My track record speaks for itself. I would most definitely NOT sleep with him. There are women that fit that bill but I don't think that they would want a relationship with the OP.

This may be why OP is having so much trouble finding a suitable female = pretty on the outside only.

It's not a matter of getting some of them to sleep with him. It's getting the ones he really wants, and of THAT group, to get even one of them to stick around.

I share your pain. However, it's the golden age of dating. Women have never been more liberated (slutty). It's marriage material that is the problem.

I simply said that it's the golden age of dating for men. Never before in the history of man, has man had to do so little to get with a woman. If anything, women should be upset with other women for giving it up so easily.
Imagine selling a product for $90 as a mom and pop store, then Walmart comes in and sells the same thing for almost nothing. Are you upset with the customer for going to Walmart, or are you upset with Walmart?

I find this true, from my own observation. We're living in a P-Renaissance. A lot of women are serving it up on a sliver platter for next to nothing these days.
