Just so some of you know he is not a part of mgtow, he abandoned it after alot of us rejected his ideas of rape and tricking women. Looks like women weren't the only people to reject him.
He threw up a few articles advocating rape, marketed them to the masses, caused outrage to the point that he was banned in a few countries, and now will have a ton more traffic to his website and will likely significantly profit from this.
Shock value clearly works in our society (see: 2016 US Presidential election). So this was a very good move.
The guy is a jerk on a number of levels and I do not care what happens to him, but I feel oddly compelled to point out that it is highly likely he was just hiding in his mother's basement because of the threats, and that his primary residence is in a major North american city like Las Vegas, NYC or Toronto, as that is typical of those that sell PUA training. And the axiom "there is no such thing as bad publicity" very much applies to the PUA business.
All I'm arguing is that people should be skeptical and actually view all sides before whipping themselves into the moral outrage of the week which is the default discourse mode for our society now.
Oh relax.
